self-care in 5 minutes (or less!)



Sometimes it feels like a big chore that we have to squeeze into our busy day.

We know we "should" be doing it, but sometimes it seems just too hard.

Moms are so busy focusing on their families that they forget to take care of themselves until they are completely ready to loose it!

But, I want to tell you that self-care doesn't have to mean hiring a babysitter to get a massage.

It doesn't have to be complicated.

It can be done in just 5 minutes a day (or less!).

You can take 10 deep breaths.

Go outside for some fresh air.

Close your eyes and count backwards from 50.

Stand up and stretch.

It's that easy.

And by doing it consistently, every day, you will feel happier, less stressed, build better relationships, and be more present for your family.

Keep it simple and you will see BIG results.
